Intracardiac metastasis of hepatocellular carcinom a with functional tricuspid valve stenosis is not common. Furthermore, hepatopulm onary syndrom e associated with hepatocellular carcinom a is rarely encountered. We present a case of intracardiac metastasis of hepatocellular carcinom a presenting w ith functional tricuspid valve stenosis accom panied with hepatopulm onary syndrome.
